Q: Why is it possible to display a hidden page?

A: This is by design. Hidden pages aren't displayed in the menu, but can still be accessed and the search engine does list them in the results, too.

Q: Why can't I use headings of the top and second level?

A: In the default template these headings are used for the name of the website and for the title of the current page. Thus the usage of headings of the top and second level in the page content would result in a wrong outline.
